ETI has  ISO9001 and AQAP2110 certifications. The Quality Management follows all the inclusive standards and is focused in the development and implementation of well-structured project by project quality plans. Thus, ETI ´s Quality Management System (QMS) is structured so it can be adapted to the specific ASD quality standards and regulations, assuring their products and services respect the environment and fulfills the client´s expectations.

Supplier Satisfaction and Commitment

ETI considers its suppliers essential for the good performance of its products and services and for that purpose is always seeking to find the ideal partner that suits all the needs. 

The suppliers evaluation process is made annually with the objective to monitor and review the level of performance of each supplier, being considered as important factors of the evaluation, the communication between the parties, the compliance to the specifications and requirements and the compliance with established deadlines.

Not being mandatory to disclose the results of the supplier assessments  process, the suppliers could request access to the results at any time.
